# Clinical update briefing starter

Original Jellypod demonstration in a fictional healthcare setting. This sample teaches the structure of a reviewed briefing using an administrative change. It contains no treatment instructions, patient data, medical results, or real clinical policy. Jellypod permits you to reuse and adapt the sample.

## Sample source

The fictional Harbor Learning Clinic is practicing a staff briefing about a change to its daily handover meeting. This is an invented administrative example, not a clinical protocol.

In revision 2 of its fictional staff notice, the meeting moves from the learning room to the meeting room. Its start time and participant list stay the same as in revision 1. The notice supplies no new clinical instructions and changes no patient-care process.

The session coordinator is the contact for questions about the room change. Before sharing the briefing, the coordinator checks that the new room is named correctly and that the unchanged details have not been rewritten. The reviewer records which notice revision was checked and when.

If a staff member has a patient-care question, this administrative notice does not answer it. A separate, approved clinical source and the appropriate healthcare reviewer are needed for a clinical briefing. Missing clinical information must remain missing rather than being filled with invented advice.

## Editable brief

- Audience: staff practicing a short reviewed-update format.
- Suggested runtime: 1–2 minutes; shorter is acceptable.
- Format: Podcast for listening, or illustrated Video showing the notice structure.
- Tone: precise and calm.
- Source scope: the fictional administrative notice only. Do not introduce clinical claims.

## Editable outline

1. Identify the source revision, intended audience, and administrative scope.
2. Explain the room change and distinguish the unchanged details.
3. Name the reviewer/contact and state what this notice does not cover.

## Prompt to adapt

Create a short staff-update demonstration from the sample source below. Follow the outline above. Label the setting and change as fictional. Preserve the difference between a room change and clinical guidance. Do not add treatments, diagnoses, patient examples, medical findings, or clinical recommendations. Aim for 1–2 minutes, but do not expand beyond the source to fill time. Use [Podcast / illustrated Video].

## Before adapting this to a clinical brief

Replace this administrative sample with approved clinical sources you have permission to use. Record the source title, revision/publication date, intended audience, and qualified healthcare reviewer. The reviewer must check the source, script, and final output before use. Keep unresolved claims visibly unresolved; do not publish them as approved guidance. Exclude patient identifiers and private case information.

## Use in Studio

Edit this Markdown in a text editor. Choose Podcast or Video in Studio and paste your reviewed source and revised brief into the creation prompt. The signup link does not transfer the document, select a clinical preset, or save project state. Generation requires an eligible trial or a plan that includes it. The tool does not replace clinical approval.
