# Onboarding handbook starter

Original Jellypod demonstration. The Riverside Workshop and every policy below are fictional. This is not a real employer handbook or certification material. Jellypod permits you to reuse and adapt this sample.

## Sample source

Riverside Workshop is a fictional community space where volunteers help visitors make paper crafts. A new volunteer's first visit begins with a welcome from the session coordinator. The coordinator shows the visitor desk, the paper supply shelves, and the board listing that day's activities.

Before joining an activity, each volunteer completes three steps. First, read the activity card with the coordinator and ask about any unclear instruction. Second, collect the materials listed on that card. Third, introduce yourself to the volunteer leading the activity and confirm how you can help. The coordinator can answer questions throughout the session.

Volunteers should follow the current activity card rather than a remembered version from an earlier visit. If the card and a spoken instruction disagree, ask the coordinator to clarify before continuing. Volunteers do not need to guess or invent a rule.

At the end of the visit, return unused paper to its labeled shelf and tell the coordinator which activity you helped with. Before leaving, ask where to find the activity cards for the next session. The goal of this first visit is to learn the routine and know whom to ask for help.

## Editable brief

- Audience: new volunteers, first visit.
- Suggested runtime: 2–3 minutes. A shorter result is fine if that covers the source.
- Format: choose a Podcast for listening or an illustrated Video for a visual walkthrough.
- Tone: welcoming and direct.
- Source scope: use only the sample source above. Keep its fictional setting clear.

## Editable outline

1. Welcome and explain what the first visit covers.
2. Walk through the three preparation steps in order.
3. Explain when to ask the coordinator, then close with the next-visit action.

## Prompt to adapt

Create an onboarding briefing from the sample source below. Follow the outline above, preserve the steps and who answers questions, and do not add policies, guarantees, safety instructions, or certification claims. State that this is a fictional workshop demonstration. Aim for 2–3 minutes, but keep it shorter rather than inventing information. Use [Podcast / illustrated Video].

## Use in Studio

Edit this Markdown in a text editor. Choose Podcast or Video in Studio, then paste your revised brief and source into the creation prompt. The website link opens signup; it does not transfer this file or save a preset. Generation requires an eligible trial or a plan that includes it.

For your own project, replace the sample with a handbook you have permission to use. Have the policy owner check the script and final output, including names, steps, contacts, and visible text, before sharing.
