The Challenge
The Covation Center helps mom-and-pop businesses survive and thrive. Based in Williamsport, PA, they offer coaching, curriculum, and resources for entrepreneurs with five employees or fewer. But creating educational content at scale was nearly impossible for their four-person team.
Steve's team had spent eight years building training videos and YouTube content. But they needed something new—something that could help their voice reach farther, without burning them out. They also wanted their voices—literally—to be at the heart of the content, which ruled out anything generic or robotic.
The Solution
Steve tried NotebookLM and even uploaded custom voices to ElevenLabs—but nothing let them have real, back-and-forth conversations using their actual voices. That changed with Jellypod. They could import custom voice clones, add deep curriculum content as source material, and co-host episodes using their own voices.
Their workflow: source curriculum from existing masterclass content, create a guided outline with ChatGPT, then script and edit in Jellypod. The platform generates a full episode draft which Steve and Stephanie review and tweak for clarity and tone.
