The Covation Center helps mom-and-pop businesses survive and thrive. Based in Williamsport, PA, they offer coaching, curriculum, and resources for entrepreneurs with five employees or fewer. But creating educational content at scale was nearly impossible for their four-person team.
Steve's team had spent eight years building training videos and YouTube content. But they needed something new—something that could help their voice reach farther, without burning them out. They also wanted their voices—literally—to be at the heart of the content, which ruled out anything generic or robotic.
