FAQ

How much audio do I need?
At least 30 seconds across your samples, and 60 seconds is recommended. One to two minutes of clear, varied speech is the sweet spot; more than three minutes can reduce quality.
Can I clone someone else’s voice, like a guest?
Only with permission. You confirm you have the rights to every voice you clone. To clone a guest, click Create Voice Clone on the Characters page, then Invite a guest: they record or upload their own samples from a single-use link, without a Jellypod account, and the link expires after 24 hours.
Is my voice private?
Yes. Your clone is private to your workspace and never shared with other customers.
Can I use my clone in videos and shorts?
Yes. A cloned voice belongs to a character, and characters narrate AI podcasts, videos, shorts, and voiceovers alike.
Can I bring a voice from ElevenLabs?
Yes. Import an ElevenLabs Professional Voice Clone with voice sharing turned on from Settings. Instant Voice Clones are not supported.
