Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation, even on annual plans, and unused credits roll over for one additional month before expiring. Credit top-ups you purchase never expire.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
