Credits are consumed when narration and visuals are generated, at 1 credit per second of audio, 7 credits per generated image, and 20 credits per generated video clip. Rendering, publishing, and downloading are free. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation, even on annual plans, and unused credits roll over for one additional month before expiring. Credit top-ups you purchase never expire.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes! Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You'll need a payment method to start, and it converts to the plan you chose after 7 days unless you cancel. Free trials may not be available in every country or region, or to every user. Jellypod determines free trial eligibility at its sole discretion.
If you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credit top-ups or wait for your monthly allocation to refresh. You can also upgrade to a higher plan for more credits.
Absolutely. You retain complete ownership of all content you create on Jellypod, including episodes, scripts, and generated audio. This applies to all plans.
