Source Library
Browse, search, and reuse all your sources from one central place.
The Source Library is a dedicated page where you can see every source across all your podcasts, episodes, and conversations in one place. Instead of re-uploading the same file or re-adding the same URL each time you create new content, you can pick existing sources from your library and link them instantly.
Open the Source Library from the sidebar by clicking Sources.
What You Can Do#
- Browse all sources — See every source you've ever added, with its name, type, processing status, and how many pieces of content use it.
- Search — Quickly find a source by name using the search bar at the top.
- Upload new sources — Click Upload Source to add files directly to your library without needing to start a new episode first.
- Download — Download the original uploaded file or the extracted content from any source.
- Delete — Remove sources you no longer need. Deleting a source removes it from all linked content.
- Create content — Start a new episode, document, or other content directly from a source.
Picking Sources from the Library#
When creating new content or working in the Content Agent chat, click the + button to open the Add Sources dialog. Along with uploading new files and adding URLs, you'll see a Pick from Source Library button.
Click it to open a searchable list of all your existing sources. Select the ones you want, then click Add Selected Sources. They'll be linked to your current content immediately — no re-uploading needed.
Sources you've already attached to the current content are automatically hidden from the picker, so you won't accidentally add duplicates.
Source Statuses#
Each source in the library displays a status badge:
- Ready — Fully processed and available for use.
- Processing — Currently being extracted. Wait for it to finish before generating content.
- Error — Extraction failed. Try re-adding the source or pasting the text directly.
Frequently Asked Questions#
Does deleting a source from the library remove it from my episodes?
Yes. Deleting a source removes it from all podcasts, episodes, and conversations it was linked to. Make sure you no longer need it before deleting.
Is there a limit to how many sources I can store?
There is no limit on the total number of sources in your library. Per-episode source limits still apply based on your subscription plan when linking sources to content.
Can I upload sources directly to the library without starting an episode?
Yes. Click Upload Source on the Source Library page to add files that you can link to any content later.
