One workspace for your entire team to collaborate

Invite teammates from Settings and they join the same workspace you use. Everyone sees the same podcasts, episodes, hosts, and sources, so one person can write a script while another generates the audio and a third publishes.

Give most people the Member role, which covers everything creative. Keep Admin for the few who manage the team and billing.

How to use Team Collaboration

    Open Team settings

    Go to Settings and open the Team tab.

  2. Step 02

    Invite your teammates

    Enter an email, choose Admin or Member, and send the invite.

  3. Step 03

    Make things together

    They join the shared workspace and can work on the same podcasts right away.

Invite by email

Admins open Settings, then Team, and choose Invite Member. Enter an email and pick a role, and the invitation links straight into your workspace. Pending invites can be resent or revoked from the same list.

Two roles, clear limits

Members can create, edit, generate, and publish. Admins also manage the team, billing, and subscriptions, so most teammates only need Member.

Sign in with your company account

Enterprise teams can sign in with their company identity provider. SSO works with SAML 2.0 and OIDC providers, and new members are provisioned the first time they sign in. Read the help guide.

FAQ

How do I invite a teammate?
Anyone with an email address. An Admin opens Settings, then Team, chooses Invite Member, enters the email, and picks Admin or Member. The invitee gets an email with a link, signs in or creates an account, and joins your workspace right away.
What is the difference between Admin and Member?
Members have full creative access: they create and edit podcasts and episodes, manage hosts and voice clones, add sources, generate audio and video, and publish. Admins can do all of that plus invite and remove members, change roles, manage billing and subscriptions, rename the team, and delete it.
How many teammates can I add?
Each plan includes a set number of seats: Starter has 1, Creator has 2, and Business has 5. Inviting beyond your limit asks you to upgrade first. Enterprise plans are set up with the Jellypod team.
Can I limit which projects a teammate sees?
No. Everyone in the workspace sees all its podcasts, episodes, hosts, and sources, and there is no per-project access control. Finish anything sensitive before you invite new collaborators.
Does Jellypod support single sign-on?
Yes, on Enterprise. SSO works with any SAML 2.0 or OIDC provider, including Google Workspace, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID. The Jellypod team sets it up with your IT team.
