Magic Podcast Series

Plan and create an entire multi-episode podcast from a single conversation. The AI handles the structure, you generate episodes one by one.

Describe your idea in a single conversation and the AI creates everything at once: the podcast, cover art, and up to 8 episode outlines, all planned as a cohesive series. You then generate each episode's script and audio individually.

How It Works#

1. From the Studio dashboard, click Create and select Magic Podcast Series.
2. Describe what your series should cover. You can optionally set the episode count (1–8) or leave it on Auto to let the AI decide.
3. The AI proposes a series direction. Confirm it or ask for changes.
4. Once confirmed, the AI creates the podcast, cover art, and all episode outlines. Everything appears in a series card in the chat.
5. Generate episodes one at a time. Either ask the AI in the chat or click an episode in the series card to open its workspace.

Managing Your Series#

From the series chat, you can ask the AI to update titles and descriptions, add new episodes, or delete episodes. Each episode can also be edited individually from its own workspace using the script editor, timeline, and all standard episode tools.

To return to the series chat later, go to the podcast page, click the ⋯ menu, and select Open Series Chat.

Frequently Asked Questions#

How is Magic Podcast Series different from creating episodes individually?

With individual episodes, you create the podcast yourself and add episodes one at a time, each from its own prompt. With Magic Podcast Series, you describe your idea once and the AI creates the entire podcast (title, cover art, and all episode outlines) in a single conversation. The episodes are planned together with a shared narrative arc, so topics flow naturally across the series.

What is the maximum number of episodes?

Each series supports up to 8 episodes. If you need more content, you can create additional episodes directly from the podcast page outside the series chat.

Does creating a series cost credits?

Planning the series and creating the outlines is free. Credits are consumed when you publish or download individual episodes, just like regular episodes.

Does it use web search?

Yes, web search is on by default. The AI researches your topic on the web before proposing the series outline. You can disable it from the Settings button (gear icon) if you only want it to use your attached sources.

Can I access the series chat after closing it?

Yes. From the podcast page, click the ⋯ menu in the top-right corner and select Open Series Chat to return to the conversation.
