Distributing to Apple Podcasts

Submit your RSS feed to Apple Podcasts Connect once, and every episode you publish automatically appears on the platform.

Before You Start#

Distribution to Apple Podcasts requires an active paid subscription. If you are on a free plan, clicking the Apple Podcasts badge will prompt you to upgrade.

You also need an Apple ID. If you do not have one, create one at apple.com.

Step-by-Step Setup#

  1. Navigate to your podcast page in the studio.
  2. Click the Apple Podcasts badge in the row of distribution badges below your podcast header.
  3. The Distribute on Apple Podcasts dialog opens with a centered title and description: "This one-time setup integrates your show with Apple Podcasts. New published episodes will automatically appear on your podcast."
  4. Follow the numbered steps in the dialog:

Step 1#

Go to Apple Podcasts Connect and sign into your Apple account.

Step 2#

In the upper-right corner, click the plus (+) icon and select "New Show."

Step 3#

Select "Add a show with an RSS feed."

Step 4#

Copy and paste your RSS feed URL into the field. The dialog displays your RSS URL in a rounded input with a copy button.

Step 5#

Review your podcast information and save for approval. This process may take some time.

After Submission#

Approval may take a few hours. Once approved, new episodes will automatically appear on Apple Podcasts when published.
