Raycast is a fast launcher for macOS with AI built in. Installing Jellypod as an MCP server puts podcast creation a keystroke away: ask Raycast to draft an episode or check analytics without opening a browser.
Raycast uses an API key sent as an Authorization header. Create one in the studio under Settings, then API Keys (Creator plan or higher).
What you can do with Raycast
Podcasts from the command bar
Trigger episode generation or check on a draft from Raycast without leaving whatever you are doing on your Mac.
Pull analytics on demand
Ask for download numbers, top episodes, or transcripts and the assistant reads them straight from your account without opening the studio.
Produce episodes in a chat
Describe the show you want, drop in sources, and the assistant creates podcasts, generates episodes, and lines them up as drafts for review.
Connect Raycast
Authenticate with an API key, then your assistant works directly in your account. The Raycast setup guide in the docs walks through every step, and stays current as the connection evolves.
