What is a micro drama?
A micro drama is a serialized story told in short vertical episodes, usually a minute or two each, with a hook at the start and a cliffhanger at the end. Viewers watch them on their phones, one episode after another.
Are these live-action like ReelShort?
No. Apps like ReelShort film photoreal serials with live actors. Jellypod micro dramas are illustrated: drawn scenes in a style you pick, with your characters voicing the dialogue and word-synced captions on screen.
How many characters can speak in one episode?
Up to four. Put each speaker’s name in brackets above their lines, and Jellypod matches every name to one of your characters before it generates the episode.
Will my cast stay the same across episodes?
Yes. Characters are saved once and reused, so the same voices return in every episode. Within an episode, Jellypod draws a recurring character against a reference sheet. Each episode generates its own scenes, so a look can drift between episodes: regenerate any shot with a note, or swap in your own image.
How much does an episode cost?
30 credits per minute of narration, plus 7 credits per generated image and 20 per generated video clip. Episodes can be written and voiced in 121 languages.
