Docebo integration for Jellypod

Turn a Jellypod Episode, Video, Short, or Voiceover into a SCORM lesson and add it to a Docebo course. Docebo records each learner's progress and marks the lesson complete once they have watched or listened to the share you choose.

Hosted packages stream from Jellypod, so you upload the ZIP to Docebo once. When you change the lesson and export it again, every course that uses the package plays the new version, with no new upload.

Getting started

You need a Docebo Administrator account and a Jellypod Business or Enterprise plan, which include SCORM exports.

  1. In Jellypod, open the Episode, Video, Short, or Voiceover and click Download, then choose Download as SCORM.
  2. Keep Hosting set to Hosted by Jellypod, choose SCORM 1.2 under File type, set the completion criteria, and click Download.
  3. In Docebo, open the navigation menu, then Content and delivery, and select Courses.
  4. Open the course, move to the Training material tab, click Add training material, and select SCORM.
  5. Click Upload file and choose the ZIP. Pick the view mode for each device, then click Save changes.

Docebo accepts SCORM files up to 1 GB. A hosted package is a few kilobytes; a package with the media included is about the size of the video.

Upload to the Training materials page instead to reuse one package across several courses, tracked once per learner.

Need a Video without completion tracking? Open Share in Jellypod, copy the embed code, and paste it anywhere your LMS accepts HTML. Embeds show your latest saved edits, and anyone with the link can watch, so use a SCORM package for content only enrolled learners should see.

Docebo integration FAQ

Do I upload the lesson again when I change it?
No. A hosted package plays the newest finished export of the content. Edit it in Jellypod, export it again, and learners see the new version the next time they open the lesson. Their saved progress carries over.
How does completion tracking work?
Only parts of the media the learner has played count, once each, so replays and skipped sections add nothing. The lesson reports complete at the percentage you set, from 5% to 100%. Prevent skipping ahead limits seeking to content the learner has already played.
What if learners cannot reach Jellypod?
Hosted packages need learners to reach share.jellypod.com. If your network blocks it, export with Hosting set to Included in the ZIP, which works offline but needs a new upload for each change.
Which plans include SCORM exports?
Business and Enterprise include SCORM exports. Free, Starter, Educator, and Creator do not.
