Single sign-on (SSO) for Enterprise teams
Jellypod supports SAML 2.0 and OIDC single sign-on for Enterprise teams. Supported identity providers, how SSO is set up with Jellypod, and how members are provisioned.
SSO lets your team sign in to Jellypod through your company's identity provider. It is included with the Enterprise plan only. For the rest of team setup, see Teams and Collaboration.
Supported identity providers
Jellypod works with SAML 2.0 and OIDC providers, including Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Google Workspace and OneLogin.
Set up SSO
SSO is set up by the Jellypod team, not in Studio settings. To start, use Book a demo on the Enterprise page. Have your identity provider's metadata or configuration details ready, and involve your IT contact, because setup needs changes on your provider's side.
Members and seats
Members sign in through your identity provider. Members count toward your organization's seats, as described in Inviting team members, and each member is either an Admin or a Member (see Admin vs Member roles and permissions). Personal login settings are covered in Profile and security.
Open Help & Support in the Studio sidebar to chat with the team, or email support@jellypod.com.
