Profile and Security
Set up your public profile, manage your personal information, password, two-factor authentication, and active sessions.
Public Profile
Your public profile is a page where anyone can see your published podcasts, episodes, and slide decks. Set it up from Settings > Profile.
Setting Up Your Profile
- Go to Settings and open the Profile tab.
- Claim your URL — choose a unique slug for your profile (e.g.,
jellypod.com/profiles/your-name). This can be changed later. - Upload an avatar — or keep the one imported from your account.
- Add a bio — a short description that appears on your profile page.
- Add social links — link to your website, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, or other platforms.
Once saved, your profile is live and anyone with the link can view it.
What Appears on Your Profile
Your public profile displays:
- Your avatar, name, and bio
- Social links
- All your public podcasts, episodes, and slide decks in a unified content grid sorted by most recently updated
Set your podcasts and slide decks to Public visibility so they appear on your profile. Private content is not shown.
Account Security
The General tab in Settings manages your personal login and security.
Profile Information
The Profile Information card lets you update:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your password
- Two-factor authentication settings
These settings apply to your personal login, not the team.
Devices and Sessions
The Devices & Sessions card shows every device currently logged into your account. Each session displays the device type and when it was last active.
If you see a session you don't recognize, click Revoke to immediately log that device out.
Quick Account Overview
Click your avatar in the bottom-left sidebar to see a quick summary without going to Settings:
- Your current plan name (e.g., Pro, Starter)
- Your current credit balance
- Quick links to Account Settings and Billing & Usage
- Option to Restart Onboarding Tour
- Log out
Deleting Your Account
At the bottom of the General tab, Admins will see a Delete Account alert with a Go to Team Settings button. Account deletion is handled through the Team settings page.
Regularly review your active sessions, especially if you access Jellypod from shared or public computers.
