How Credits Work

Credits are the currency for AI generation in Jellypod. See the Understanding Credits guide for a full breakdown. Credits are consumed when you publish or download an episode, or render a clip.

Credits reset monthly with your subscription. Unused credits roll over and don't expire.

Free Trial

The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial. You'll need a payment method to start the trial, and it automatically converts to a paid Starter subscription after 7 days unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings.

Upgrading or Downgrading

To change your plan:

  1. Click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.
  2. Go to Billing & Usage.
  3. Click Update/Manage Subscription.
  4. Select your new plan and confirm.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
