Canceling Your Subscription
Cancel your Jellypod subscription through the billing settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Prerequisites
You must have billing management permissions (typically the Admin role) to manage your subscription.
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings > Usage & Billing.
- Click View All in the Invoice History section to open the Stripe billing portal.
- In the Stripe portal, find your subscription and select the option to cancel.
Alternatively:
- Go to Settings > Usage & Billing.
- Click Update Subscription.
- Look for the cancellation option within the subscription management dialog.
What Happens After Cancellation
Once you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period (shown as "Ends" in the subscription card instead of "Renews").
- You keep full access to all features until that date.
- A notice appears on the subscription card: "Your subscription will end on [date]. Unused credits will expire and podcasts will be removed from third-party platforms."
- After the period ends, unused credits expire.
- Podcasts distributed to third-party platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.) will be removed.
Resubscribing
You can resubscribe at any time by clicking Update Subscription and selecting a plan. If you resubscribe before your current period ends, your subscription continues without interruption.
If you're running low on credits but don't want to cancel, consider downgrading to a lower tier instead. You'll keep your content and access at a reduced price.
