Notification Preferences

Choose which emails you receive from Jellypod, or unsubscribe from all marketing emails at once.

Go to Settings > Notifications to manage your email preferences. You can toggle four categories on or off individually: Getting Started (onboarding tips), Product Updates (new features and improvements), Tips & Tutorials (guides, best practices, and account activity emails like audience milestones, a nudge to finish an in-progress draft, a monthly recap of your plays and published episodes, and a re-engagement email if your account has gone about 30 days without a completed render or published episode), and Offers & Promotions (discounts and special offers).

To stop all marketing emails at once, click Unsubscribe from all at the bottom of the page. You can re-enable individual categories at any time. Either way, you'll always receive transactional emails like password resets, team invitations, and billing receipts.

One exception: the "episode is now live" and "episode scheduled" emails sent to your team on publish are transactional, but each Podcast has its own New episode emails toggle. Turn it off in that Podcast's Advanced settings to stop those two emails for that Podcast specifically, without affecting any other transactional email. See Editing Podcast Details.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I still receive important emails if I unsubscribe from all?

Yes. Unsubscribing only stops marketing emails. You'll still receive transactional emails like password resets, team invitations, and billing receipts.

Can I re-enable email notifications after unsubscribing?

Yes. Toggle any category back on in Settings > Notifications at any time.

What are the milestone, draft reminder, and monthly recap emails?

Jellypod sends one activity email per day at most, picked from: a celebration when your podcast crosses an audience milestone, a nudge to finish a draft episode that's been sitting for a couple of days, a monthly recap of your plays and published episodes, or a re-engagement email if your account has gone about 30 days without a completed render or published episode. These are part of the Tips & Tutorials category and can be turned off in Settings > Notifications.

How do I stop the "episode is now live" email my team gets on publish?

Open Edit Podcast, click Advanced, and turn off New episode emails, then click Save Changes. This stops both the "episode is now live" and "episode scheduled" emails for that Podcast. It's a per-Podcast setting, not an account-wide one.
