Notification Preferences
Choose which emails you receive from Jellypod, or unsubscribe from all marketing emails at once.
Go to Settings → Notifications to manage your email preferences. You can toggle three categories on or off individually: Getting Started (onboarding tips), Product Updates (new features and improvements), and Tips & Tutorials (guides and best practices).
To stop all marketing emails at once, click Unsubscribe from all at the bottom of the page. You can re-enable individual categories at any time. Either way, you'll always receive transactional emails like password resets, team invitations, and billing receipts.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I still receive important emails if I unsubscribe from all?
Yes. Unsubscribing only stops marketing emails. You'll still receive transactional emails like password resets, team invitations, and billing receipts.
Can I re-enable email notifications after unsubscribing?
