Content ownership, commercial use and AI disclosure

You own the rights to your output: episodes, scripts, audio, and video. Jellypod does not train AI models on your inputs, and you don't need to credit Jellypod when you publish. Output can be the same or similar to what other users get, and you own only your own. For the billing side of your account, see Account and Billing.

You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, including a third party's voice.

Commercial use

If you use Jellypod through a paid subscription, you may use output commercially: monetize, distribute, or sell it. If you use it free of charge, including a free plan or free trial, use is non-commercial only. Details are in the Terms of Service.

After you cancel

Your podcasts and episodes are not deleted when you cancel your subscription, though distribution to Spotify and other platforms stops. Download your audio and video before you cancel. Deleting your account removes the team and all its content.

AI disclosure

Jellypod output is AI-generated, including synthetic voices, AI-generated hosts or personas, and AI-generated video. Platforms you distribute to and applicable law may require you to disclose this. Apple Podcasts requires disclosure in both the content and the metadata of each show and episode.

You are responsible for making and maintaining every required disclosure. Platforms may label, restrict, or remove content and may suspend accounts, including accounts Jellypod holds on your behalf. If Jellypod adds a disclosure to your content, feed, or metadata, you may not remove or disable it, and it does not replace your own obligations.
