Publish to YouTube
Connect YouTube, publish a Video or Short, and manage your connection and analytics.
If Channels appears in Settings, your workspace can connect YouTube and publish Videos and Shorts directly. Each workspace connects one account per platform, shared by its members. Workspace admins manage the connection.
Connect and publish
- Open Settings → Channels and choose Connect YouTube.
- Authorize the YouTube account you want to publish to. Include analytics permission if you want Jellypod to show YouTube views.
- Open a Video or Short and choose Publish, then Publish to YouTube.
- Review the title, description, visibility, audience and AI disclosure, then confirm. Disclose altered or synthetic content, under Additional settings, starts unchecked unless a previous publish choice is restored. Check it if your video contains realistic AI-generated or altered content; review YouTube's disclosure rules for your video's audio and visuals.
Jellypod creates a new YouTube upload. Publishing the same render again requires confirmation and creates another upload. Removing the connection leaves uploaded videos on YouTube.
Analytics and reconnecting
Jellypod refreshes analytics for linked uploads every 12 hours. It refreshes or deletes stored YouTube data within 30 days, including statistics from a connected account.
Disconnecting deletes the saved analytics and publication links. Reconnect through Settings → Channels to publish new uploads. Previous links and analytics are not restored; your existing videos stay on YouTube.
Disconnect or delete your workspace
Removing the connection revokes access and starts deletion of its stored analytics, raw responses and publication links. Failed cleanup is retried automatically. A reconnect waits for pending cleanup to finish before fresh data can be captured.
Deleting the workspace also removes analytics across providers. Removing one team member preserves the workspace's shared data. To delete videos on YouTube, use YouTube itself.
